Where are we located?

In our dedicated chocolate studio in Stone, Staffordshire, the full details will be sent on confirmation of your booking.

Will my class be with Paul a Young?

Yes, all classes are with Paul and his partner and chocolate assistant David.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

All classes are paid in full in advance on the day of booking. You can reschedule the date of your masterclass with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. In the event of a no-show, your masterclass is not refundable, and you will not be able to reschedule. You won’t be able to reschedule if you cancel twice.

Can I change the time of my masterclass?

We can be flexible on the start and finish time, so please ask us at the time of booking.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is dedicated free parking outside our studio in the marked bays, and further bays opposite our studio.

Is there a train station close by?

Yes, Stone station is close by and we can arrange collection from the station by prior arrangement.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible as we are on the lower ground floor; however, we will make every effort to give access to anyone joining us for a masterclass.

What should I wear?

Wear sensible shoes that cover your feet and something warm as my kitchen is cool, the perfect temperature for making chocolates.

You will be asked to remove rings, watches and bracelets.

What should I bring with me?

A notepad and pen, and a bag to take your chocolates home.

Can you tailor the masterclass to any allergen and dietary requirements?

Yes, just let us know your requirements at the time of booking.

I’m vegan or dairy-free

Not a problem, our classes can be adapted to be Vegan and dairy-free.

Is the masterclass suitable for beginners?

Yes, all the skills are ideal for anyone, whether an absolute beginner or a practised novice.

I already make chocolates and want to focus on a specific skill

No problem at all, simply let us know what you would like to focus on, and we will create content specifically for you.

Can I buy a masterclass as a gift for someone?

Yes, after payment has been confirmed, a voucher for the class will be emailed to you.

Do you offer couples and group masterclasses?

Yes, if you want a class for two people or more, then please let us know and we will let you know the cost.
