Tempering - Tabletop method to create stunning-filled chocolates and flavoured chocolate bars.
Decoration Techniques - Finish your hand-rolled and enrobed chocolates.
Chocolate Bars - Create beautiful chocolate bars, with added flavours and inclusions.
Packing and presentation of your finished chocolates.

One Day Masterclasses
The one day masterclasses include everything from the mini masterclass, with the addition of:
Sea-salted Caramel - Create Paul’s award-winning caramel.
Decorating into professional chocolate moulds.
Shelling thin and shiny chocolate moulds.
Moulding beautiful chocolate bars with inclusions and flavours.
Filling shells to perfection.
Capping and finishing moulded chocolates, with different decoration techniques.
Packing and presentation.
Class duration: 5 hours (10am - 3pm)*
