  • Packing and presentation of your finished chocolates.

The Ultimate - One Day Masterclass.

The ultimate chocolate day filled with chocolate-making skills and techniques, so that you can create stunning hand-rolled truffles, shelled chocolates, sea-salted caramel, and Stunning chocolate bars. Paul will share professional tips and troubleshooting so you can gain the professional skills needed to create stunning moulded filled chocolates.

Impress your friends and family with professional-looking and tasting chocolates that you can recreate at home.

You will cover everything in the above Mini Masterclass, plus the below skills and techniques.

Moulded filled chocolates/bonbons.

  • Sea-salted Caramel - Create Paul’s Gold award-winning sea salted caramel and create your own flavoured caramel.

  • Leamr how to hand decorate professional chocolate moulds using coloured cocoa butters.

  • Shelling thin and shiny chocolate moulds.

  • Filling shells to perfection.

  • Capping and finishing skills for your moulded chocolates.
